Return Policy
● A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
● Time: We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled within a 90-day period.
● After the return process is initiated, we must receive the product back in our warehouse within 90 days of it leaving our
warehouse.
● Status: The product must be brand new, uninstalled and be kept in its original condition. (including package)
The Lime and Company cannot accept a return for or refund the following:
• Items that have been altered or mishandled
• Items with custom work or painting at time of sale
• Special-order items not listed in our catalog or on our site (unless approved by customer service)
• Items that have been installed or show signs of installation (markings, scratches, plumber's putty, etc.).
If an installed item is defective, please contact Customer Service for assistance returning.
● Cost: There will be NO return fee and NO restocking fees if the item is returned within a 80-day grace period, customers are only in charge of the shipping fee. Damaged packages shipped back to us can incur a restocking fee up to 25%. To prevent this fee, return the product in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam.
● Customers will be in charge for the return shipping fee.
● The refund will be provided in the same manner the order was placed, and refund with the same credit card that you used to purchase.
To return your items, follow these steps:
1. Repackage your product
2. Email us with your intent to return your purchase at returns@torogranite.com.
3. We’ll email you back with a return label
4. Print out this label and affix it to your package with the purchase
5. We will contact you for a scheduled pick-up date.
In most cases, when returning an item, you can choose between store credit or receive a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed once the returned product is received by our warehouse.

Canceling Returns
Already filled out the return form but changed your mind? Don’t worry! You can always cancel the return from My Orders.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, different size, or different product altogether, we are happy to help you with that! The process is similar to a return, and all the same policies listed in our Return Policy apply. There are two
ways to exchange an item, depending upon your preference.
● Before the return: To receive the new item sooner, you can go ahead and place an order for the new item before you return the old item. We will credit your account or the original payment method once we receive the return. Please note,
you cannot use your store credit until we have credited your account.
● After the return: Follow the same steps as a regular return. Once you receive your refund, use your store credit or credit card to place a new order. Return shipping costs still apply for all exchanges and will automatically be deducted from the refund amount.
